Data directly communicated by users

This data is collected, in particular, when subscribing to the service, creating an account on our websites and applications, placing an order in our online stores, or to access any other offer or service. This data includes:

Data we collect automatically

During each of your visits to Re-Use Corner, we collect information about your connection and browsing. Various technologies may be used to collect this data. This data includes, in particular:

Purpose of processing

The data collected is used by MyTroc only to the extent necessary to properly provide the Re-Use Corner Service. Personal data is collected as part of a professional exchange program for employees to find and sell professional equipment, for the following purposes:

  • - Management, validation, publication, and tracking of user advertisements
  • - Sending information about changes or developments to our services
  • - Managing the exercise of your rights regarding your personal data
  • - Collecting statistical information on users' use of the service

Data is retained for 365 days, or according to the applicable legal and/or fiscal period (invoices, accounting documents, etc.)

The processing of collected data and the storage of personal data take place in France.

Data recipients

Some of the personal data collected by MyTroc may be transmitted to subcontractors to assist MyTroc in carrying out its activities.

They are also contractually bound to protect and use it only for the purposes for which it was communicated and in accordance with this Charter.

Data is retained for 24 months, or according to the applicable legal and/or fiscal deadline (invoices, accounting documents, etc.).

Data transmission is protected by a secure channel using the SSL security protocol.

MyTroc employees are subject to strict confidentiality regarding members' personal data.
